Domestic EPC assessments start from £70, with the final price depending on the size and type of the property. You'll always be given a clear, fixed quote before booking — no hidden extras.

Letting agents: separate rates are available, with key collection and drop-off included within 30 minutes of Canterbury. Call or email for details.

Payment by bank transfer or card on completion. A receipt is provided for every job.

When you need an EPC

An Energy Performance Certificate is a legal requirement when a property is sold or let, and each certificate is valid for ten years. If you have improved a property — a new boiler, windows or insulation — a fresh EPC can also reflect those upgrades in a better rating.
